Jeff is a Master Practitioner of NLP, Co-Creator and Master Trainer of the cutting-edge HeroPath ® program, author of the acclaimed book Adolescence Is Not A Disease and popular keynote speaker and trainer for organizations who work with youth.
He holds a Masters Degree in Educational Counseling, a Pupil Personnel Services Credential from the State of California, served as Adjunct Faculty at the University of San Francisco Graduate School Of Education, and has guest lectured at Stanford University.
He has spoken at over 200 professional conferences including a TED presentation. He has served as a trainer and consultant with over 300 Summer Camps across North America and China. He has helped trained over 60,000 parents, teens and professionals in the youth development field and is respected for his honest, accurate, unapologetic message about what it takes to truly help today’s youth to thrive, and specific do-now skills and techniques that truly work. He is known for his genuine passion for this work, legitimate depth of knowledge, captivating story telling and warm sense of humor
Jeff is based in Mill Valley, California, where he lives with his wife and two daughters and sees clients from his office at 333 Miller Avenue. He works with clients across the United States and internationally by video and phone, and travels periodically to meet clients in person on the East Coast and in London. Over the course of his career, he has traveled more than 2.5 million miles around the globe, having run programs on four continents and in 17 countries.
Additional programs he has created are Boys To Mensch®, Young Men Of Character™, Clean Communication For Teen Girls™ and Real Life Begins Beyond The Game™ which is his newest program designed for adults in their 20s and 30s who are ready to stop ‘hooking-up’ and instead become truly connected.
