He is a Master Trainer of the MythoSelf® Process, a Master Practitioner of NLP, Co-Creator and Master Trainer of the cutting-edge HeroPath for Teens™ program, a published author and popular keynote speaker and trainer for organizations who work with youth.
He holds a Masters Degree in Educational Counseling, a Pupil Personnel Services Credential from the State of California, served as Adjunct Faculty at the University of San Francisco Graduate School Of Education, and has guest lectured at Stanford University.
He has spoken at over 100 professional conferences, and has served as a trainer and consultant with over 150 Summer Camps across North America. He has helped trained over 20,000 adults in the youth development field and is respected for his honest, accurate, unapologetic message about what it takes to truly help today’s youth to thrive, and specific do-now skills and techniques that truly work. He is known for his genuine passion for this work, legitimate depth of knowledge, captivating story telling and warm sense of humor
Though he is based in San Francisco with his wife and daughter, he travels extensively, having run programs on 3 continents and 10 countries, and has offices in San Francisco (and Marin), New York and London.
Additional programs he has created are Boys To Mensch®, Young Men Of Character™, Clean Communication For Teen Girls™ and Real Life Begins Beyond The Game™ which is his newest program designed for adults in their 20s and 30s who are ready to stop ‘hooking-up’ and instead become truly connected.
